Encasing the world with cold.

Darkness.
Shadows shiver through the air
Holding time still in an icy grasp.
No light can penetrate
This could of fear.
So thick,
Shrouded in demonic mist.

And when our screams fell
On silent ears,
It twisted through us,
Filling the cracks of our hearts
With Shadows.
It willed us to follow
The blackness that encased us,
Dead to this cold world.
